Artisan baker Megan Goularte is a graduate of the famed California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has over a decade of experience in the culinary field of dessert and cake decoration, sculpture & preparations.

After graduation, she continued to develop her expertise with further training under Celebrity Chef Daniel Boulud, and with other internationally renowned pastry chefs at the prestigious establishments of the Maisonette in Ohio (the longest running 5-star restaurant in the US), the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, and The Inn at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach.

Her local business, Sweet On The Inside, came to being in response to the enthusiastic requests she received from customers who have enjoyed her culinary art as the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
